How does private label manufacturing differ from OEM?
Private label means we apply your brand name, logo, and packaging to our existing or modified product designs. OEM involves fully custom product development from scratch. Private label is faster (15-20 days to market) and more cost-effective for new brands.
Can I customize the product design or just add my logo?
Both options are available. You can start with our existing designs and add your branding, or we can modify dimensions, colors, materials, and features to create a unique product line. Full custom ODM design is also available.
What branding elements are included?
Private labeling includes woven brand labels, hang tags, custom poly bags, color boxes, and master cartons with your brand identity. We also offer custom retail-ready packaging design, barcodes (UPC/EAN), and FNSKU labeling for Amazon FBA.
How long does it take from order to delivery?
Timeline: 7-10 days for sample, 5-7 days for sample approval and revisions, 25-35 days for mass production, and 18-35 days for ocean freight depending on destination. Total: approximately 8-12 weeks from order to warehouse delivery.
Do you provide product photography for my brand?
Yes, we offer professional product photography services for your private label catalog. This includes white background product shots, lifestyle images, and packaging shots. Photography is complimentary for orders above 500 units.
What certifications do your private label products carry?
Our products meet CPSIA (US), EN 71-3 (EU), and ASTM F963 standards. We provide test reports from accredited labs (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek). CPC certificates are available for Amazon compliance. CE marking for EU market.
Can you help with Amazon FBA preparation?
Yes. We provide FBA-ready packaging, FNSKU barcodes, poly bagging, suffocation warning labels, and direct shipping to Amazon FBA warehouses in the US, UK, and DE. We handle all documentation and compliance requirements.
What is the payment structure for private label orders?
Standard terms: 30% deposit by T/T to start production, 70% balance before shipment. For established customers, we offer L/C at sight and Net 30 terms. PayPal accepted for sample orders under $3,000.
Do you sign exclusivity agreements?
Yes. We can sign exclusive manufacturing agreements for your private label designs, ensuring no other brand receives the same product. This protects your market position and brand investment. Mutual NDAs are signed before project discussions.
