Do you offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders?
Yes. Our pricing is volume-tiered: the larger the order, the better the unit price. Request our wholesale price list above and we will send you a detailed quotation with pricing for different order volumes. As a factory-direct supplier, our wholesale prices are highly competitive.
Can I mix different products in one container?
A mixed shipment can be reviewed for compatible cat trees, pet apparel, bedding and toys. Feasibility depends on each SKU’s MOQ, carton data, production schedule and logistics plan, so the final assortment is confirmed before order placement.
What shipping terms do you offer?
Shipping terms and routes are quoted for the destination, product mix and order volume. Available options may include FOB and, through logistics partners where feasible, destination-based freight solutions. Transit time is confirmed with the current quotation.
Can I get private labeling on wholesale orders?

How do you ensure consistent quality across orders?
The quality plan is agreed for the selected products before production. It can include material checks, inline checks, final inspection and, when requested, third-party inspection using an agreed sampling standard.
What is your production capacity for bulk wholesale orders?
Our factory produces 3M+ units annually across all product lines. For wholesale orders, we can produce 5,000-10,000 cat trees per month, 20,000+ pet apparel pieces, and 15,000+ pet beds. Large orders are scheduled in batches to ensure consistent delivery.
Do you offer dropshipping for wholesale buyers?
We support select wholesale partners with direct-to-customer dropshipping for orders within China and Southeast Asia. For US/EU markets, we recommend FBA or 3PL fulfillment for faster delivery. Custom dropshipping agreements are available for high-volume partners.
Can I get a product sample before placing a wholesale order?
Yes. We provide samples for evaluation at $30-80 per item (refundable on bulk order). Samples are shipped via DHL express within 7 days. For existing designs, samples ship in 3 days. Custom OEM samples take 7-10 days.
