What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for OEM pet products?
Our standard MOQ is 200 units for cat trees, 300 units for pet apparel, and 500 units for dog toys. For first-time partnerships, we can accommodate test orders as low as 100 units on select products. This allows you to validate your market before committing to larger volumes.
How long does it take to produce OEM samples?
Sample production takes 7-10 days from design confirmation. If you need modifications after reviewing the first sample, we offer 2 rounds of free revisions. Final samples are shipped via DHL/FedEx express (3-5 day delivery) at our cost for confirmed orders.
Can you manufacture custom designs from my drawings or samples?
Yes. We work from technical drawings, 3D files, photos, or even physical samples you send us. Our in-house design team uses AutoCAD and SolidWorks to translate your concept into production-ready specifications. All intellectual property remains yours - we sign NDAs before starting any project.
What materials do you use for OEM pet products?
We source materials certified to REACH (EU), CPSIA (US), and ASTM F963 standards. Cat trees use CARB P2-compliant engineered wood, natural sisal rope, and OEKO-TEX plush fabric. Pet apparel uses azo-free dyes. All materials come with test reports available on request.
Do you provide private label and custom packaging?
Yes. Private labeling is included with all OEM orders at no extra cost. This includes woven labels, hang tags, poly bags, color boxes, and master cartons with your brand identity. We also offer custom retail-ready packaging design if needed.
What shipping terms and Incoterms do you support?
We offer FOB (Qingdao/Shanghai), CIF, and DDP shipping to most countries. For OEM buyers, we recommend DDP for hassle-free door-to-door delivery. Typical transit times: 18-25 days to US West Coast, 25-32 days to US East Coast, 30-35 days to Europe via ocean freight.
How do you ensure quality control for OEM orders?
We follow AQL 2.5 inspection standards with 3-stage QC: (1) raw material testing on arrival, (2) inline inspection during production, (3) pre-shipment final audit. You receive a QC report with photos before shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) is welcomed at your cost.
Can I visit your factory before placing an order?
Absolutely. We welcome factory visits at our Weihai facility. We can arrange airport pickup from Qingdao or Yantai airport (1-2 hour drive). Virtual factory tours via video call are also available. Contact us to schedule a visit.
What payment terms do you accept for OEM orders?
Standard terms: 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance before shipment. For repeat customers with established credit, we offer L/C at sight and Net 30 terms. We also accept PayPal for sample orders under $3,000.
Do you sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)?
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before sharing any technical specifications or design files. Your product designs, branding, and pricing are treated as strictly confidential. We never share client information or product photos without written permission.
